How much advance notice?

Every year my family has a rather large get together at pioneer park.

A couple questions


I know there is water hookup at the shelter but we always end up farther down by the ball fields.


Also, I don't know if we're allowed to get electricity from the shelter, never seen any one do this before.

Are misting fans allowed in public parks? We pick a public park every year because none of us have a place that's big enough to accommodate the number of people in our family.
